This role is fully remote, granting you the flexibility to provide counseling services from a location of your choice. You will engage with clients using advanced telehealth technology, ensuring that therapeutic interactions are both effective and accessible. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet accommodating program.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with care teams, ensuring that each client’s journey is customized to their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and progress, upholding clinical standards and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Craft individualized care strategies, provide ongoing follow-up support, and adapt interventions based on client feedback and progress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, representing It's Your Move Counseling at local events to foster connections and promote mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your role will involve supporting adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that you can address a wide array of emotional and psychological challenges within a compassionate, client-centered framework.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state-issued license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing you to practice independently.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• At least two years of clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in mental health therapy and counseling methods.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth services and a thorough understanding of virtual counseling practices will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.
