Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses. \n
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Educating and actively involving clients' families in the recovery process, promoting an inclusive support network for every client. \n
- Maintaining thorough and compliant records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations. \n
- Regularly collaborating with your treatment team to coordinate integrated care efforts, sharing insights and strategizing to enhance client outcomes. \n
Your role will focus primarily on clients who have been pre-screened and are considered stable with low acuity. This allows you to devote your attention to individuals and families who are navigating various mental health challenges in a supportive framework. By working with a diverse clientele, you will help foster resilience and coping skills among those dealing with stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions in a mental health setting, demonstrating familiarity with various evidence-based practices. \n
- Advanced proficiency in using technology, including the Google suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, to manage client information effectively. \n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and empathy in every conversation. \n

- Experience providing telehealth therapy services, specifically to adolescents and young adults, to address their unique challenges and needs. \n

Bliss Medical Health Care Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
