Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health statuses, concerns, and goals, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aiming to enhance their overall well-being while ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adults, employing a range of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to encourage positive change.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions using secure video conferencing platforms, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and accessibility for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating your ability to handle urgent situations with professionalism and empathy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Through a client-centered approach, you will empower individuals to overcome obstacles in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
