Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, facilitating informed treatment planning that is tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Administer individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, in line with best practices.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Provide both in-person and teletherapy options to accommodate clients' varying preferences and access needs, ensuring that therapy is accessible to all.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client records, treatment progress, and outcomes to comply with ethical mandates and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
