Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs, assess physical limitations, and devise individualized treatment plans.
• Implement orthopedic rehabilitation protocols, educate patients, and facilitate therapeutic exercises tailored to their conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, articulating patient treatment goals with healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Participate in outreach activities, including community wellness events and educational workshops, to promote health and physical therapy awareness.
• Contribute to the development of clinic protocols that enhance treatment offerings and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, interns, and support staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients navigating orthopedic challenges, including post-operative recovery and chronic pain management. You will work with individuals overcoming injuries, seeking rehabilitation for joint replacements, fractures, or other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy from Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred, showcasing expertise in assessing and managing musculoskeletal conditions.
• Prior experience in developing and conducting patient education programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
