Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and formulate targeted treatment plans.

• Provide counseling sessions utilizing video and audio interactions, focusing on client-centered methodologies.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), journaling, and goal-setting tools, to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current in best practices and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief. Our organization emphasizes low-acuity services, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to clients who may need support but do not require intensive intervention. Tailoring your approach based on your expertise ensures that you contribute to meaningful change in your clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and independent LPCC license with no disciplinary history.

• A stable internet connection and access to a computer and phone to conduct virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing counseling services, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, particularly within the low-acuity spectrum.

Compensation and Benefits\n
