Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while enabling effective communication among treatment team members.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy and psychoeducation sessions, fostering an environment of understanding and shared experiences among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who are experiencing substance use disorders alongside a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
