Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges by utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement individual, couples, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific goals and preferences of clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, along with a variety of attractive benefits.
