Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in multidisciplinary Child and Family team meetings to collaboratively develop and refine treatment plans for clients.

• Conduct thorough client assessments that inform personalized treatment strategies; write comprehensive treatment plans and update them regularly based on client progress as well as feedback during treatment reviews.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality by meticulously managing client records, ensuring their safety and privacy at all times.

• Utilize your diagnostic expertise to assess the emotional and psychological needs of children and adolescents effectively.

• Plan and implement evidence-based treatment strategies, demonstrating adaptability to meet the diverse needs of child/adolescent and adult populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Wellpath Counseling, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families. Your therapeutic interventions will address various issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, familial conflicts, behavioral challenges, and transitional life events. Your role is vital in fostering immediate support and long-term mental wellness, ultimately helping individuals and families acheive meaningful improvements in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential to practice therapy in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, making you well-prepared to handle complex cases.

• A strong understanding of psychological principles and theories relevant to personality development, human motivation, and abnormal behavior.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underserved populations or within telehealth frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
