Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite in our outpatient facility, where you will interact closely with patients, healthcare providers, and other interdisciplinary team members. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Aspirus, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Developing detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and recovery timelines.
• Providing high-quality evaluations, incorporating patient feedback into treatment modifications as necessary.
• Adhering to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and documentation standards in your records and treatment reports.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for treatment and service charges while managing departmental resources effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State License in Physical Therapy to practice within Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Proficiency in computer skills and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, candidates with a mix of outpatient physical therapy setting experience and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
