Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.

• Foster open communication with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about the treatment process and expected outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge planning in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and ensure patient-centered outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the services offered at Stone Crest Physical Therapy.
• Supervise and support assigned staff members, including Physical Therapy Assistants and aides.
• Remain engaged in professional development activities to enhance skills and competencies continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing various orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. Patients may include post-surgical rehabilitation cases, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those seeking preventive care. Emphasizing empathy and responsiveness to the diverse backgrounds of patients will enhance their treatment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution required.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Stone Crest Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
