Rejuvenate Motion Therapy is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. Work Environment

In our supportive and collaborative environment, you will join a dedicated team consisting of two experienced physical therapists and one licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our onsite facility allows for direct interaction with patients, enabling you to provide hands-on care as well as participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure every patient is receiving optimal treatment. You will work primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work schedule that respects your time while meeting patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and set personalized treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each patient receives focused and tailored care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective treatment plans.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Analyze and track treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, such as WebPT.
• Inspire and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through education and support.
• Promote preventative measures to reduce reliance on prescription medications and explore non-surgical options for pain management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes a diverse range of individuals, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to active adults seeking to restore mobility after surgery or injury. You will be instrumental in guiding these patients through their rehabilitation process with tailored treatment plans that focus on their unique goals and lifestyles. Your commitment to patient-centered care will empower individuals to regain their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Florida Physical Therapist License, free of any board actions or disciplinary issues.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and knowledge of various treatment techniques.
• Proficient in using EMR software, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While we require at least one year of experience in a physical therapy setting, candidates with a strong foundation in orthopedic outpatient care will be prioritized. Your practical experience will allow you to seamlessly integrate into our team and provide effective treatment from day one.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a robust benefits package. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
