Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting virtual initial assessments for clients, gathering comprehensive information to inform treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and interventions to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participating actively in clinical supervision and training sessions, engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
