Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively address trauma-related symptoms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure cohesive, integrated treatment for clients.

• Providing timely crisis intervention services and support during emergencies that arise from trauma-related issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be consider for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and existing trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and the ability to create rapport with patients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value passionate therapists willing to expand their skills. Experience in trauma-focused therapy techniques and previous work in a multidisciplinary team setting will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
