Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial patient intakes and comprehensive assessments to identify psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Provide brief therapeutic interventions, including crisis evaluations and remote phone triage for patients requiring immediate support.

• Offer individual and family therapy, adapting techniques to suit the diverse ages and needs of patients, from children to seniors.

• Develop, review, and update personalized treatment plans in alignment with established mental health best practices to achieve transformative outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and treatments in compliance with state licensing requirements and organizational standards.

• Participate in safety programs, including potential assignments to emergency response teams, ensuring a safe environment for all clients and staff.

Qualifications\n
