Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in California while being an integral part of the hospice center team. Our work hours are generally Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work required based on client needs. The remote setting offers flexibility while still encouraging collaboration through virtual team meetings and discussions aimed at supporting patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your interventions.

• Engage with clients both individually and in groups to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment to address changing needs.
