Key Responsibilities\n

• Contribute actively to the formulation of Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Support therapists in the scoring and interpretation of psychometric assessments, aiding in accurate diagnostics and treatment planning.

• Conduct supervisory sessions alongside site supervisors, fostering professional growth and ensuring quality service delivery.

• Participate in clinical staff meetings and professional development seminars to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

• Identify and leverage agency resources and services that can enhance client support while navigating organizational policies.

• Prepare for client sessions effectively by reviewing case notes and performing necessary research on client-specific issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
