Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art modalities to help alleviate pain and restore functional mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on the proper use of assistive devices and home exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Reassess patients periodically to ensure continued progression towards rehabilitation goals, adapting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches and high-quality patient care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and engaging in continuous learning.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
