Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including reviewing patient history and performing necessary assessments, to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate assessment findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes to ensure alignment with their individual aspirations.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that reflect current healthcare practices, adapting strategies based on patients' progress and changing needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on outpatient clients who require rehabilitation following injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Patients range from children to elderly individuals, encompassing a diverse array of diagnoses such as orthopedic concerns, neurological disorders, and post-operative recovery. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Experience
