Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students within the K-12 educational system, many of whom face complex challenges related to mental health. This includes students dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and various medical conditions. Your role will be crucial in providing a safe outlet for these individuals, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT within the state of California.

• A commitment to addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and families effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience in a mental health therapy role is required, candidates with additional experience in school-based settings or working with youth will be viewed favorably. Experience in crisis intervention and managing complex patient cases is also a plus, as is familiarity with evidence-based practices related to integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The FAMILY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position is full-time and includes a comprehensive benefits package encompassing:
