Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges to establish a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that include specific goals, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.

• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and their families, guiding them through various life challenges.

• Collaborate with clients in a dynamic, client-centered approach to enhance their engagement and connection to vital community resources.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to mitigate immediate challenges.

• Work closely with community organizations and agencies, coordinating services and advocating for clients’ needs to ensure they receive comprehensive support.

• Engage in outreach initiatives to educate the community about mental health resources and the services offered by the clinic.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training to enhance service delivery and staff collaboration.

In this role, you will interact primarily with adult clients who may be struggling with mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and socio-economic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
