Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health challenges and issues. This may include using standardized assessment tools and interviewing techniques tailored to the individual client.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that adapt to clients’ evolving needs and therapeutic goals, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that all therapeutic interactions are personalized and focused on fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to engage clients in virtual sessions, ensuring appropriate technology is used to maintain confidentiality and security in communications.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training workshops, seminars, and networking with other professionals in the field to ensure continuous quality improvement and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples dealing with a wide range of issues such as relationship conflicts, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression, and addiction-related challenges. Your work will directly support clients in achieving their recovery goals and enhancing their overall emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
