This position offers the unique flexibility of working remotely with a focus on outpatient services. Although the majority of services are provided online, you will be part of an active and dynamic team that holds regular collaborative meetings, training sessions, and peer support in an outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Highland Rivers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster peer connection, support, and shared learning experiences among young adults.

• Providing one-on-one individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, where you will guide them in exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients in crafting personalized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals while being mindful of their preferences and challenges.

• Monitoring and documenting progress towards established treatment goals through various assessment tools and feedback strategies.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care through consistent communication, case discussions, and coordinated interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults and adolescents aged 18 to 30. These clients may face a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
