This position is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth model to engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews, ensuring accurate documentation from the initial consultation through the entire treatment process.

• Assess clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to identify areas requiring intervention and develop appropriate treatment strategies tailored to their specific needs.

• Create individualized intervention and recovery plans for clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, incorporating therapeutic approaches that best suit their situations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring each session is engaging, supportive, and geared towards achieving therapeutic goals.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress against their treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to interventions as required.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to develop comprehensive intervention plans that support overall client health.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients' healthcare teams, including following up with any necessary referrals or hospital admissions to ensure continuity of care.

• Identify potential obstacles to recovery and implement strategies to mitigate behaviors that may impede progress.

• Support family members and primary caregivers with tools and resources to address mental health challenges and foster a collaborative support network.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A wide-ranging understanding of clinical best practices, evidenced by a passing score on recognized licensure examinations such as the NCE or NCMHCE.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in a telehealth setting, is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly AVATAR, to manage client information efficiently.

• Experience in handling co-occurring disorders and understanding the complexities of physical and emotional health conditions.

• Knowledge of the latest developments and best practices as advocated by organizations like the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by an enticing sign-on bonus.
