Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying concerns and formulating an initial treatment/discharge plan in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as aligned with clients' treatment plans.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback to ensure effective care delivery.

• Assess and document therapy services in adherence to state and professional standards, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage an assigned caseload, providing consistent and thorough care while participating in treatment team meetings to facilitate comprehensive patient services.

• Address client concerns and manage complaints proactively, placing patient safety and satisfaction as a top priority.

• Complete additional functions and tasks as assigned to enhance team efficiency and client care.

The licensed mental health counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services is desired. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
