Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and evidence-based.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, using best practices and therapeutic modalities suitable for an online setting.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that focus on relevant topics like mindfulness, stress management, and coping strategies to enhance patient engagement and community building.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential, while a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
