Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a flexible remote working environment that leverages telehealth technology to deliver mental health services. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations to identify each patient's unique needs, goals, and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions focused on common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and quick support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive assessments and effective treatment planning.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group psychotherapy to diverse clientele.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Adherence to professional boundaries, ethics, and sound clinical judgment.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who possess at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, particularly in remote or telehealth settings. Experience in facilitating support groups or psychoeducational workshops will be an advantage, as will familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
