Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while utilizing our advanced telehealth platforms. Our telehealth facility enhances access to care for our clients and offers a flexible work setting. Your schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. You will connect with clients through video calls, providing therapy in a supportive, accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to tailor treatment plans that meet individual client needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate to support clients in managing their mental health conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards, ensuring that all patient information is secure and accurate.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Participate in case consultations and regular peer review meetings focused on improving the quality of care provided and enhancing professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, promoting better understanding and engagement in their care.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in the mental health field to continuously improve therapeutic practices and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions with the ability to adapt approaches for the unique needs of each client.
