Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Adorable Healing Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with a diverse population of adult clients experiencing various mental health conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting individuals who struggle with substance abuse, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges, ensuring that their cultural, social, and emotional needs are recognized and addressed effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Minimum of four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver individual and group therapy with sensitivity to cultural competence.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure during challenging client interactions.
