Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to holistically evaluate each client's mental health status, emotional health, and psychosocial factors influencing their well-being.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that address specific client goals, making adjustments as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document and track client progress meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute emotional distress or challenges, guiding them toward stabilization and recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health treatment to provide clients with relevant, contemporary options for care.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions and continuing education opportunities, enhancing your clinical skills and professional knowledge.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
