Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to accurately identify mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide dynamic individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all facets of a client’s well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health therapy license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
