Leads project controls processes to ensure deliverables are executed on time and within budget. This role supports project management teams with scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting, while serving as a key point of contact for technical and financial project matters.

Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software and maintain accurate data, logs, and reports. Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts. Support engineering, procurement, and construction planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control. Approve purchase orders/subcontracts for proper coding and document cost changes. Interface with project management and accounting teams to review costs, contingencies, and audits. Manage change orders (prime contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts). Prepare and present cash flow reports and schedule progress updates. Apply critical path scheduling techniques, resource loading, and earned value management. Conduct schedule "what if" scenarios, progress measurement, and develop progress curves. Perform material takeoffs, quality checks, and field audits to validate reporting accuracy. Assist with project forensic analysis and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of direct project controls experience. Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. OSHA 10-hour safety certification (or ability to obtain).

Pay Range: $48 - $53 per hour
