We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Facility Solutions Manager to join our Orlando team. What You'll Do As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their facilities receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through regular communication and site visits Conduct facility inspections and ensure all services meet City Wide's quality standards Coordinate and manage a network of service vendors and contractors Proactively identify facility needs and recommend customized maintenance solutions Resolve service issues quickly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction Manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery Track service performance, document inspections, and provide regular updates to clients Success in This Role The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and highly organized.
