Work Environment\n

This role will be performed remotely, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with children and families in need via telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of critical tasks including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Monitoring outcomes and progress by attending team meetings and providing ongoing assessments of intervention effectiveness.
\n
• Creating supportive environments by developing rapport with children and families, ensuring a trusting and enriching atmosphere for growth.
\n
• Providing families with instructional strategies and resources to promote their child's development using evidence-based practices and natural learning environment approaches.
\n
• Adapting support strategies to accommodate various learning styles, optimizing engagement with each child.

• Maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations while ensuring the health and safety of all individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, specifically infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. You will be directly involved in the Early Intervention (EI) process, assisting families to enhance their child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your role is pivotal in supporting families as they navigate these challenges and celebrating their child's milestones together.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, possess a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health, and have a background in social work practice. A valid driver's license is also required.

Preferred Experience\n

We encourage applicants with a minimum of one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
