Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy through teletherapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based techniques.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals, actively monitor client progress, and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and obtaining additional certifications relevant to your practice area.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present with a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By offering personalized therapy sessions, you will help individuals navigate their mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

• A current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Empathic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, essential for handling a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services, especially familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Background in working with a wide range of mental health issues, particularly in practices focused on trauma-informed care.
• Experience in documenting treatment plans and participating in supervision or peer reviews.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent on caseload and individual experience.
