Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address client needs, including crisis preparation strategies and behavioral guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and contributing to seamless record-keeping.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and techniques in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance diagnostic accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, taking responsibility for maintaining current professional standards.
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems and community partners, fostering connections that enhance the support offered to clients.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through attendance at relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings related to mental health.
• Integrate the organization’s mission, values, and principles into all aspects of your work to promote a culture of care and excellence.
• Assist the Clinic Director with additional responsibilities that align with the goals and needs of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and those affected by developmental disabilities. Utilizing telehealth, you will connect with clients from diverse backgrounds across El Paso and potentially beyond, ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality mental health care. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.
• A valid and independent LMHC license is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Previous work experience in a collaborative healthcare setting.
