Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and concerns, ensuring personalized treatment plans that are effective and suitable.
• Deliver individual therapeutic sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients experiencing challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license for any of the following designations: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Practical organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly advantageous.
• A background working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

Oasis Care Behavioral Health Center values the exceptional contributions of our mental health counselors and offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide:
