Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients share their experiences and foster connections with peers. Guide discussions that promote learning and growth.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions where you will help clients delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop actionable coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Monitor Progress: Employ various assessment tools to evaluate clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on their feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

Qualifications\n
