Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each student.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals and identify tailored interventions.
