Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families, addressing complex issues that affect relationships.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, siblings' conflicts, job stress, and difficulties in communication.
\n
• Providing both instructional and therapeutic guidance to families to improve their dynamics and mental well-being.
\n
• Utilizing established therapeutic methodologies that align with best practices in family and marriage therapy.
\n
• Documenting client progress and challenges comprehensively, maintaining a clear record within our electronic health system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will span a diverse range, including couples dealing with separation and divorce, blended families navigating complex relationships, and adolescents facing various psychological challenges. You will engage with each family member individually as well as collaboratively, recognizing the unique contributions each individual brings to family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practice within the field.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Our salary structure is designed to be competitive, with yearly earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience and performance. We offer:
