Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and understand client histories, challenges, and treatment goals, resulting in well-structured personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment interventions, and updates on therapeutic strategies to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and other team members to provide a holistic approach to client care and to coordinate services effectively.

• Stay informed on the latest research developments, clinical practices, and policies in mental health to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse population, including adults and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations along with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with robust interpersonal abilities that foster positive relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills enabling independent work, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
