Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life structure while maintaining consistent availability for client sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement an array of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized methodologies, ensuring that each client receives the most appropriate care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, rigorously following guidelines set forth by HIPAA and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a dedicated team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the effectiveness of treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, offering insights into mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and resources in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
