Core & Agility Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Manassas, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is based in our fully equipped rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, gathering information through interviews and physical evaluations.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions accurately to develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, demonstrating correct techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize various modalities, including manual therapy and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to promote healing.
• Assist patients with mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs, ensuring safe and confident use.
• Keep precise records of patient progress, treatment interventions, and modifications to the treatment plan to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and strategies to support ongoing recovery.

Our patients encompass a wide demographic, ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations, and include individuals with chronic pain, sports injuries, post-surgical conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

• Proficiency in computer skills, especially in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of professional experience is preferred, we are enthusiastic about new graduates and mentorship opportunities to foster future talent. Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting is advantageous but not required.
