Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our well-equipped rehabilitation facility located in Manassas. Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment and technology, enabling our therapists to deliver comprehensive and personalized care. You will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to service excellence, working collaboratively to optimize patient outcomes. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, encompassing a full 40-hour week, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redeemer Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients referred by physicians, formulating treatment plans based on individual needs and medical histories.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to address a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Foster a supportive and motivating environment for patients, demonstrating exemplary customer service throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care in the clinic, using established procedures and techniques to facilitate improvements in patients' conditions as specified in their treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications necessary for optimal recovery.
• Achieve established performance metrics and contribute to the successful achievement of the organization's business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you'll serve a diverse patient population ranging from children to seniors, addressing a multitude of health challenges. Our clients typically seek relief and recovery from injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and mobility deficits. You will be encouraged to create personalized experiences that empower clients to take charge of their rehabilitation journey and exceed their functional goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in word processing and digital documentation.
• The ability to develop strong relationships with patients and inspire them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• A genuine desire to connect positively with people and build community relationships.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is required, we encourage candidates with expertise in a variety of specialties, particularly those related to sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. Experience in a team-based environment with a focus on evidence-based care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including:
