Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to determine their physical rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring movement and function.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a diverse patient population, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, enhancing the patient's experience and engagement throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, sharing insights and treatment strategies during case discussions.
• Provide therapeutic care not only in our clinic but also in home settings as required, utilizing various procedures and techniques aligned with the physician's treatment plan.
• Educate and train patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and home care strategies to encourage active participation in the healing process.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet utilization goals and performance objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of clientele at our rehabilitation center, prioritizing patients who require assistance with mobility, strength, and pain management. Each patient will be approached as an individual, with tailored care practices designed to foster personal connections and exceptional therapeutic outcomes. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively will be vital in building trust with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while exceeding functional rehabilitation goals.
• A collaborative mindset, ready to engage positively with patients, caregivers, and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

Experience in specialized areas, such as sports medicine, pediatric therapy, or neurology, is a plus and will enhance your effectiveness in meeting our diverse patient needs. A commitment to continuing education and professional development will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
