Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our modern outpatient office, where the emphasis is on creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. The clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and treatment areas that facilitate effective interventions. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while allowing our staff to engage fully with their patients. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients through thorough examination, taking into consideration their medical history and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals and reflect best practices in physical therapy.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols while utilizing both manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Regularly document patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of clinical outcomes and patients' responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Complete discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving therapy, including appropriate follow-up care recommendations.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in physical therapy.
• Engage in team meetings and performance improvement activities aimed at enhancing patient access and care efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on treating individuals with orthopedic injuries, functional limitations, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. We serve a diverse patient population including athletes, active adults, and seniors, aiming to enhance their mobility, strength, and overall health. Our therapists are committed to understanding the specific challenges faced by each patient, enabling them to deliver more personalized care that leads to improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment interventions.

Preferred Experience

Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities, as well as proficiency in implementing sports rehabilitation protocols, is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with cutting-edge physical therapy technologies and techniques will be seen as an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
