Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and use of assistive devices to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Motivate and educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, ensuring they understand their roles in achieving therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to optimize patient care and communication among the healthcare team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy through continuous professional development, workshops, and collaboration with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Full-Time Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
