Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including the assessment of patients' medical histories, physical examinations, and specific functional assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and collaborate with patients and their families to set realistic and achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adjusting them as necessary based on patient responses and evolving healthcare practices.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and consult with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care and timely adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care, maintaining accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage time effectively, meet productivity expectations, and engage in internal and community-based marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services.
• Contribute to departmental goals and compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of practice and safety.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, including acting as a mentor to students and less experienced team members.
• Promote a superior patient experience by being adaptable and responsive to individual needs, while actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Virginia.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to developing therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
