Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

To drive growth through partnerships and acquisitions, the full-time remote Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will build and lead a partner ecosystem while managing corporate development initiatives, focusing primarily on establishing strategic partnerships within the construction industry. Key responsibilities: Identify and close partnerships with complementary platforms in the construction ecosystem Develop and execute the partner strategy to enhance customer value and drive pipeline growth Lead the M&A strategy, including identifying acquisition targets and conducting market analysis Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or related fields Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in high-growth SaaS environments Excellent executive presence and communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders A builder's mindset with a passion for creating processes and functions from the ground up
