Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while linking with a team of professionals dedicated to children and adolescence. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. This role merges the comfort of a home office with the support of a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that effectively evaluate and identify the mental health needs of children and adolescents as a part of standardized clinical protocols.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, meticulously considering each patient's developmental stage, family dynamics, and cultural background.

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual therapeutic sessions that may include individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy interventions to support both patients and their caregivers.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and local community resources to foster better understanding and facilitate ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of clinical interactions and compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure all aspects of a patient's care are consistently monitored and adjusted as necessary.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to foster teamwork, share insights on case management, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. This role places a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships with young patients, promoting their emotional well-being through therapeutic support tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A strong foundation in child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology for documentation and patient management.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and child-centered approach in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting, with a proven track record in delivering individual and family therapy.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and creating individualized treatment plans that encompass the entire family unit.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention protocols and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vitality Therapy Centre offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a performance-based bonus structure and a sign-on bonus, recognizing your commitment to our patients and organization.
